We had a really positive experience working with the Home Buyers Inc. Relocating back from overseas, we had a short window to view, select, and make an offer on our new home. Tim dedicated a lot of time to showing us homes, and although our window was short, we did not feel rushed. He pointed out elements about each home, but let us come to our own conclusion. He quickly learned and adapted to what suited us in a home. Once we were ready to make an offer, his communications with the Seller's agent were professional and efficient. Agreement with Sellers was quickly and satisfactorily reached. Between offer acceptance and closing, Tim and Ron were very responsive to questions and facilitated communication with the Sellers. I was a client of Ron Jensrud from The Home Buyers that closed on a house last month. Ron was both very accommodative and helpful throughout a home search process that (due to the hot market) took a bit longer than anticipated.

Ron was very flexible in scheduling home viewings. He made himself available promptly after attractive listings would hit the MLS, knowing the advantages of acting quickly in a hot market if the home was in fact worth pursuing.

When at the homes, he would provide honest and knowledgeable assessments of potential pain points or repairs. It was very obvious after a few viewings that he doesn't pressure or influence his clients into making an offer-- in some cases it even seemed like he would act as devil's advocate if there was some aspect of the house that was so appealing it made me forget some clear negatives.
